Bhel Puri
You need:
40 gms muri ( Puffed rice)
20 gms potatoes (boiled)
20 gms onion (chopped)
10 gms raw mango
15 gms peanuts
4 pieces papri
2 gms bhel puri masala
1 gm red chilli kutti
15 gms mint chutney
16 gms red and green chilli chutney
12 gms nylon sev
Salt to taste
You Must:
Take a steel or glass bowl with small laddle. Now add crispy muri, boiled potatoes, chopped onion, raw mango and fresh coriander leaves to it.
Now add salt, all dry spices and crumbled papri along with half of nylon sev
Add mint chutney, dates chutney, red chilli and garlic chutney to it with a dash of lemon juice before serving
Garnish with remaining nylon sev, fresh coriandar leaves and a slice of lemon
